We want you to be fully satisfied with your Blizzard Gear Store purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn and unwashed apparel. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique RMA number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
